ArnaTech partnered with the Digital Innovation Division of BRI to deliver a comprehensive Employee Training Program focused on strengthening merchant management capabilities.
This initiative was designed to equip employees with the knowledge and practical tools to enhance merchant segmentation, acquisition strategies, and product development for long-term growth.

Through interactive training modules and hands-on workshops, the program focused on three critical areas:
Product Development & Merchant Management – Developing innovative product strategies and building stronger merchant relationships.
Merchant Segmentation – Understanding customer groups, profiling merchants, and identifying high-value segments.
Acquisition Strategy – Equipping teams with frameworks to design and implement effective onboarding strategies.
Outcome
