Development of SOP for Digital Product Integration & BRIMO Feature Requests

Overview

At ArnaTech, we understand that clear processes drive successful digital transformation. In this project, we partnered to design and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital product integration and the feature request process on BRIMO, one of Indonesia’s leading digital banking platforms.

  • RACI Matrix to define roles and responsibilities.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLA) for timely delivery and accountability.
  • Process Flowcharts to visualize end-to-end workflows.
  • Defined Responsibilities & Escalation Paths for clarity and efficiency.
  • Supporting Forms & Documentation to standardize requests and approvals.
