Arnatech had the privilege of developing a comprehensive Mikro Unit Task Monitoring platform for BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia). This solution enables efficient management and tracking of daily tasks for the BRI Unit, allowing for streamlined operations and enhanced performance monitoring across various levels of the organization.

Key Features:

• Task Assignment: Unit Heads (Ka Unit) can assign daily tasks to Mantri(s), ensuring clear communication of objectives such as acquisition, expansion, and engagement.
• Activity Planning: Mantri(s) can break down the assigned tasks into actionable plans, creating a roadmap for their daily activities
• Activity Realization: The platform allows Mantri(s) to document their progress and results in real-time, providing transparency and accountability for each task.
• Brief Meeting: The platform supports documentation of morning and afternoon briefings, including the ability to upload proof of activities such as photos from meetings.
• Dashboard: A comprehensive dashboard provides real-time monitoring of individual and aggregated performance metrics for Mantri(s), units, and branches.
• Report: The platform generates performance reports, offering insights that can be scaled from the unit level to the nationwide level.
