To strengthen compliance and ensure good governance in vendor engagements, BRI Digital Innovation entrusted Arnatech to conduct an independent review, consultation and evaluation of their procurement governance practices. Scope of Work
- Conducting a structured review and evaluation of the direct appointment procurement process within BRI’s Digital Innovation Division.
- Assessing both documentation and procedural implementation to ensure alignment with prudential principles and applicable regulations.
- Delivering actionable recommendations to improve procurement governance and compliance based on internal audit practices and national procurement laws (incl. POJK 11/2022 and Per-2/MBU/2023).
Outcome
The final report provided BRI with key insights and recommendations to optimize their procurement governance, ensuring greater accountability, efficiency, and audit readiness.
